Al-Ahli superstar Riyad Mahrez has pointed out that there is no difference between playing in the Saudi Professional League and the Premier League when he comes to represent his country, as the Algeria international has spoken in the press conference before the friendly game against Egypt.
“There is no difference when I play in the English Premier League or Saudi Arabia. The focus with my country’s national team is always at the highest levels.” he said.
He added: “I admit that the challenge is always more difficult in the Premier League, but I am still young and I feel that I have a lot to give and I have a lot to help the Algerian national team.”
He concluded: “Our goal is to enter the tournament in the best possible condition. The next African Nations is a goal for us, and we feel hungry to achieve more successes and positive things, and we will see.“
