The Confederation of African Football has recently announced the final lists of players that would be set to compete for the important awards of the calendar year.
As in previous awards, the Saudi Pro League has once again been well represented by their superstar players on this occasion.
Al-Hilal goalkeeper Yassine Bono and Al-Ahli gloveman Edouard Mendy have both featured on the goalkeeping list.
While Al-Nassr duo Sadio Mané and Seko Fofana have made the list of the last 30 nominees list for the Best African Player, alongside Al-Ahli’s Riyad Mahrez, and again Yassine Bono.
