Al-Nassr have secured the services of Australia national team left-back Aziz Behich in the deadline day of the winter transfer window even with the presence of Alex Telles.

We have cleared up that the Saudi capital club has opted for such a decision in order to count on Behich as an extra outlander in the AFC Champions League.

The club coach Luis Castro has now spoken about this matter and confirmed the team reasons:

We can now play with five foreigners and a sixth Asian player in the AFC Champions League, whose knockout stages will begin next month. Aziz Behich will compensate for the team’s deficiency in the absence of Alex Telles in the Asian matches, and we will benefit from his services in this continental tournament.”
