The rich Saudi second-tier club Al-Qadsiah is reportedly dreaming to sign Manchester City superstar playmaker Kevin De Bruyne at the end of the season.
This has been brought by Sports Zone, who has confirmed that the Aramco-owned team is preparing an astronomical salary offer for De Bruyne, labeling the team as the richest in the world.
