Al-Hilal would have 9 foreigner players on their ranks after the return of Neymar, and only 8 outlanders born before 2003 are allowed to get registered in the Saudi Professional League squad list.
Michael Delgado is expected to leave The Blues at the end of the season, but the team would have to free up another foreign spot in case they want to sign any overseas player.
According to what hinted on by the Saudi journalist Abdulaziz Al-Assimi, the capital club is trying to offload either Neymar or Renan Lodi.
