Al-Hilal star striker Aleksandar Mitrovic has expressed his admiration towards the fasting of Muslim people in the month of Ramadan, and revealed that he has promised some of his teammates to try it.
“This is different and I love it. I promised some players that I will try Siyam (fasting). But how many days are left? 10 days? 10 or 11 days. So, this is very good and different. It’s a change from day to night, we train later. That’s very nice, you see people really respect this culture, religion and everything. That’s really great. I love it.” he told the Saudi journalist Hamad Al-Suwailhy.
