The Saudi Professional League will start to allow each club to count on 2 additional foreigner player that are born after 2003, which has encouraged clubs to focus more on young talents.
According to what has been reported by the Spanish medias (via Arriyadiyah), Saudi football representatives have recently made several trips to Spain, in order to monitor many wonderkids, including FC Barcelona’s Fermin Lopez.
