This has been confirmed by the Saudi TV host Waleed Al-Farraj (via Shooot), who has mentioned a silent crisis between the young German gaffer and his player:
“There are doubts about the stay of the coach Matthias Jaissle, due to a silent crisis with the Riyad Mahrez and some players.”
