Al-Ittihad are reported to be keen on acquiring the services of FC Barcelona superstar goalkeeper Marc-André Ter Stegen.

The Catalan giants were not closing the door on a potential sale of Ter Stegen in case of receiving lucrative offers, but recent reports confirm that the club has now shown reluctance.

Xavi, who has recently changed his mind and decided to stay with Barça, must have pushed for the remaining of Ter Stegen, given the fact that he is a big admirer of him and his quality in playing with his feet, which is something valued by the Spanish manager.
