Al-Hilal coach Jorge Jesus has clarified in the post-game press conference why he has expected the match with Al-Taawoun, won this Friday, 3-nil, to be hard for his team.
“We expected the game to be difficult, because we will meet one of the best teams in the league, and they seek to reach third place, to participate in continental tournaments, and their position attests to their merit. We did not achieve sufficient recovery, and our preparation for the match was in a moderate level of fitness.”
