Al-Hilal coach Jorge Jesus has clarified in the post-game press conference that Riyad Mahrez and Allan Saint-Maximin are behind his change of formation to three at the back against Al-Ahli, this Monday.
“We played with three center-backs. Al-Ahli has two strong wingers and we had to stop them. Despite the change in method, we were unable to completely stop their wingers, and in the last 30 minutes we outperformed them in the physical aspect.”
