Al-Shabab and Al-Qadsiah are both reported to be keen on securing the services of Chelsea star striker Romelu Lukaku, who is loaned to AS Roma.
According to the latest news brought by Fabrizio Romano, The Blues are open to sell Lukaku for 38 million pounds and are ready to negotiate his sale with any club.
