Al-Nassr star left-back Alex Telles has been substituted by the assistant coach Vitor Severino at the half-time of the game against Al-Okhdoud, this Thursday.
Actually, the Brazilian defender has been replaced because he is one yellow card away from suspension, and the club’s technical staff did not want to risk his absence in the next game against Al-Hilal in the Riyadh Derby.
