Al-Shabab and Al-Ettifaq are both reported to have submitted their offers to sign Benfica and Portugual national team star winger Rafa Silva at the end of the season.
According to what has been precised by the Brazilian medias, Rafa Silva is currently evaluating the bids received from the Saudi Professional League.
