Al-Shabab have reportedly submitted an offer to acquire the services of Portugal national team star winger Rafa Silva, as an attempt to sign him at the end of the season.
According to what has been revealed by the Brazilian medias, Al-Ettifaq have also made their proposal to land Rafa Silva from Benfica in the next summer transfer window.
