Al-Hilal chief executive officer Esteve Calzada has commented over the next summer transfer window of The Blues, clarifying that the capital club could make important signings from own resources.
“We don’t know yet, but from Al-Hilal’s point of view we are calm. We have our own sources of income. We do not need help. The latest reinforcements – Bono, Mitrovic and in the winter Lodi – are from the club’s resources. Our backbone is well connected. I think there was a big market last summer. We brought Neymar, but there are also other players in their best form, such as Ruben Neves and Milinkovic-Savic, who gave us an amazing level.”
