Al-Qadsiah and other Saudi Professional League clubs have identified Manchester City superstar playmaker Kevin De Bruyne as a top target.

For their part, The Sky Blues would not block a potential transfer in case the player demands to leave, as they have anticipated that by finding alternatives in the market, most notably West Ham‘s Lucas Paqueta.

According to the latest news confirmed by Pete O’Rourke, The Hammers are powerless offers from The Citizens fro Paqueta as the latter has a 85 million pounds release clause and have already agreed terms with City.
