The Saudi Professional League has reportedly made attempts to sign Palmeiras wonderkid Willian Estevao, as known as Messinho, as Al-Hilal are keen on the player, most notably with the new rule of foreigners that allow each team to register two additional outlanders born after 2003.
According to the latest updates revealed by Ben Jacobs, Estevao is expected to join Chelsea on a 7-year contract, as the English club is now formalizing paperwork to seal the operation.
