Atletico Madrid are reportedly desperate to offload the big 7 million euros salary of their midfielder Saul Niguez, they have asked him for pay-cuts, but the player has shown reluctance.
This has been confirmed by Football Espana, who has precised that the Saudi Professional League seems to be the only hope remaining for the Spanish capital club to get the wages of Saul off their books, but the Arabian bid has not tempted Saul, who is expected to be looking for a higher fee next time he is negotiations.
