Portugal national team coach Roberto Martinez has revealed through the microphones of UEFA how Al-Nassr superstar striker Cristiano Ronaldo is contagious with his young compatriots in the selection.

“He is contagious. Young players, when they come to the national team, see someone who is a person, a player or an idol that they admire. His behavior is beyond comprehension and it is something that we must be aware of in Portugal. If we can have players like Pepe, like Ronaldo, who set that example, who pass that example on, they will make us better for generations to come. This is what Cristiano brings. He is unique in the way he sees the game.”
