The Saudi Professional League has previously sent scouts to keep a close eye on FC Barcelona young midfielder Fermin Lopez, who has impressed with the Catalan club in the last period.
According to what has been revealed by David Bernabeu (via Futbol Total), Manchester United have made a 30 million euros bid for Fermin, but The Blaugrana have turned down the offer as they consider the player as untouchable.
