Al-Ahli have reportedly attempted to sign former Real Madrid and current Atletico Madrid versatile midfielder Marcos Llorente last summer, and Diego Simeone has convinced him to stay.

According to the latest updates brought by El Gol Digital, Al-Ahli have returned again for Llorente and are willing to offer 25 million euros as transfer fee and double his salary on a two-year contract.

The Saudi club could also include Gabri Veiga in a swap deal to tempt Atletico to let Llorente leave the club.
