Genoa chief executive officer Andres Blasquez has spoken through the microphones of Telenord about the future of his club goalscorer Albert Gudmundsson, confirming again interest from the Saudi Professional League.
“Albert lives in town and is happy here. It is normal that at his age he wants to have an experience where he can earn more. If he asks to leave and there was the right offer then we would consider it. We had some interest from Arabia, Italy and abroad but no concrete offer. Many people ask, but the market has not yet begun. Until the European Championship is over, I don’t think there would be any important bids.”
