The Public Investment Fund is reported to be preparing an offer to sign Manchester City superstar playmaker Kevin De Bruyne in the next summer transfer window.
According to the latest news confirmed by Shooot, the offer would be made to potentially transfer De Bruyne to the Saudi Professional League giants Al-Ittihad.
Al-Nassr have also been interested in the services of De Bruyne, but Al-Ittihad are apparently leading the race.
