Ivory Coast national team prodigy Oumar Diakité is reported to be emerging as a potential target for the Saudi Professional League clubs, in line with the change of rule of foreigners, allowing each team to register 2 additional outlanders born after 2003.
This has been revealed by Rudy Galetti, who has clarified that the Public Investment Fund (owner of top 4 SPL clubs) is planning to contact the player.
