Japanese national team winger Ritsu Doan has participated with his country against Indonesia, this Wednesday, in the third round of the group stages of the AFC Champions League.

The 25 years old player can be an idea for some Saudi Professional League teams, like Al-Ittihad, who wants their flankman to act as an inverted winger.

The player has not shown enough continuity throughout the game against Indonesia, but he was very impactful in the parts in which he has shown up.

Doan was being threatful when starting his runs from near the touchline, combining with one of his teammates, to enter the box and take the shot. Such movements from him were well-done, but his final shot was poor in the game.

Doan was also dangerous playing in central zones, being able to start his runs from other places as well, he was only needing someone on whom he can stand on as a target. He provided an assist to Ayase Ueda this way, by making a run from the center of the pitch to end in the opposing box.
