Al-Ittihad were one step away from securing the signing of Atletico Madrid star forward Angel Correa in the winter transfer window, but financial differences between the two clubs has led the operation to reach a dead end.
According to the latest news brought by Todo Fichajes, a source close from the Spanish club confirms that Correa will leave The Colchoneros at the end of the season.
Remains to be seen whether The Saudi Tigers would get back for him or he was only an option in the mid-season due to the limited chances in the winter.
